What Is the Change Growth Accelerator™?

By Cassandra Worthy

The Change Growth Accelerator™ (CGA™) is Change Enthusiasm Global's certification program for leaders who want to build change readiness and emotional agility, both for themselves and for the people they lead. Graduates earn the Certified Change Enthusiast Practitioner credential.

Here's what that actually involves.

How Long Does It Take?

The program runs 8 hours total across two days, 4 hours per day, delivered live. That's followed by 6 hours of extended learning, spread across three months, roughly two hours a month, to reinforce what you've learned once you're back in your day-to-day role.

Attendance across all 14 core hours is required to earn the certification. The extended learning phase is where the methodology moves from something you understood in the room to something you use.

What Format Is It Delivered In?

The program covers:

  • A working understanding of the role emotion plays in fueling, or blocking, personal and professional growth through change.
  • A neuroscience-backed model for identifying emotional signals and using them productively, rather than being derailed by them.
  • Practical tools for navigating your own emotional response before, during, and after change, building toward what we call Accelerated Emotional Processing Speed.
  • A personalized action plan for applying the Change Enthusiasm® mindset and C.H.A.N.G.E. Traits® skillset in your specific workplace.

Graduates receive the Certified Change Enthusiast Practitioner credential, along with:

  • A digital badge through Credly, which you can display on LinkedIn and other professional platforms as a public credential
  • Access to our global community of certified practitioners, hosted on Circle, where members across industries continue applying the methodology together

Who Is It For?

The program is open to anyone, but it draws its most frequent attendees from people who lead teams, projects, or digital transformation work- roles where the ability to move other people through change, not just yourself, matters most.

Is It Worth It?

That depends on what you're solving for. If your organization is navigating change and the technical plan is solid but adoption keeps stalling, CGA addresses the part most change management training skips entirely: the emotional and motivational side of why people actually change their behavior.

Here are some testimonials from some of our participants:

"The work of CEG is truly transformative. It has helped me shift from feeling overwhelmed to seeing challenges as opportunities. Because of our work together, how I approach both life and work has changed foreverHarley Davidson, Healthcare Operations Manager

CEG is giving us a wakeup call to reframe how e feel about change. They have created a movement that is reshaping how we show up in the face of change - at work and in life’ - Abha Kesharwani, Association of Change Professionals, Vancouver Chapter

What’s the Difference Between Change Management and Change Enthusiasm®?

Change management is the process of planning, communicating, and executing organizational change. Change Enthusiasm® is the methodology for working with the emotions that determine whether people actually adopt that change. One is the plan. The other is what makes the plan work.
