A Certified Change Enthusiast™ is someone who has completed the Change Growth Accelerator™ (CGA™), Change Enthusiasm Global's certification program, and earned the credential that comes with it.
How the Credential Is Earned
The CGA™ is a ten-module curriculum delivered by Certified Change Enthusiast™ Facilitators.
Participants work through the practical tools and shared language of the Change Enthusiasm® methodology, then bring that method back into their own organizations.
Completing the program is what earns someone the Certified Change Enthusiast™ credential.
It's a certification of applied skill, not just attendance; participants leave able to use the language and tools, not just recognize them.
What the Program Covers
Across the ten modules, participants build a working vocabulary for emotional energy during change, practice naming and using that energy instead of suppressing it, and learn to guide others, teams, peers, and direct reports through the same process.
The goal is that a Certified Change Enthusiast™ can lead someone else through resistance, not just recognize it in themselves.
